Anastasia Want You to Want Me Eyeshadow Palette: Swatches, Review, and Photos

I already knew Anastasia was well known for their brow products plus their lip products were formidable, but I had never tried their eyeshadows before so I was curious to see how they performed. In time for the Holiday season, this is their Want You to Want Me Kit that comes with nine eyeshadows, a mini liquid eyeliner, mini brow gel, and dual sided eyeshadow brush all packaged up in a velvety case with a magnetic clasp.

(Can I just say that I couldn't help but think of the movie 10 Things I Hate About You and the "I Want You to Want Me" Cover by by Letters to Cleo when I saw the name of the kit?)

.

Product Description:

"Kit styled like a clutch and features a removable eye shadow palette for a takeaway touch-up wherever your night takes you. Nine long-wearing eye shadows create a range of looks from neutral to dramatic to smokey.  Velvety smooth matte and hydrating Illumin8 shimmery shades keep eyes looking glam and crease-free. High-pigment shadows can be worn dry for a sheer wash of color. Wear wet to transform shadow into liner or for a bold metallic finish. Dual-sided eye shadow brush included. Jet black liquid eye liner creates the perfect thin line for a dramatic eye. Mini Clear Brow Gel sets brows in place all day and night."

Packaging: The entire set is housed within a luxe velvet box with metallic accents, a magnetic clasp, and a mirrored top. The inside of the set has a place for the brush, liquid liner, and brow gel with the eyeshadow palette. The eyeshadow palette itself has a mirror so it's pretty handy when you want to travel with it. To get nitpicky, I do wish the names of the eyeshadows were listed on the eyeshadow palette and not within the packaging of the set but since these don't seem to be sold individually (Which is a shame for some of the eyeshadows), it's not a big deal.

.

.

Where to purchase: Sephora*, Nordstrom*, Anastasia Beverly Hills

Cruelty Free? They are cruelty free.

Price: $34.00 for $90.00 worth of product. You get nine .025 oz eyeshadows (.225 oz total which is about 1/2 the size of eyeshadows from brands like Urban Decay and MAC), The mini brow gel is valued at $9.00 but since they don't offer most of the set separately, it was hard to gauge the actual value of each product.

My Thoughts on the Formula/Wear Time:

For the most part, the eyeshadows performed well. There were a few that I thought were a little dry but they made up with good pigmentation on the skin. There was only one eyeshadow that I didn't like at all.

First row: Platform Wedges,  Front Row Center, Ziggy
Second row: Members Only, Power Ballad, Jellies
Third row: Graphic T's, Brass in the Pocket, Iron On

.

.

Swatches ahead! All were taken in natural daylight over a primer. I swatched from top row, left to right then each row down.

Anastasia Platform Wedge

Platform Beige is a beautifully smooth matte pink toned bone beige. I love it and it's the perfect browbone highlight.

Anastasia Front Row Center

Front Row Center is a light shimmery beige with slight glitter. I wasn't able to capture the slightly orange tone on camera though. There was some fallout from the glitter so you have to be a wee bit careful.

Anastasia Ziggy

Ziggy is a light purple reminiscent of grape soda. I'll admit, I was hoping for a little more pigmentation from this but the description does say that they can be worn dry for a sheer wash. Compared to the smoothness of the rest of the shadows, this felt dry and required lots of packing on (in the swatch I just swept it on)

Anastasia Members Only

Members Only is a super smooth and not powdery medium brown. This is like Naked in the Urban Decay Naked Palette but with much better pigmentation and smoothness. I know it's a little difficult to see since it's similar to my skin tone, but this also means it works great to neutralize my eyelids if they're discolored.

Anastasia Power Ballad

Power Ballad is a shimmery champagne brown. The softness of this eyeshadow, it really reminded me of Urban Decay shadows. Loved the formula and the color.

Anastasia Jellies

Jellies is a light shimmery pink. This was just okay for me, not too soft but definitely not dry like Ziggy was for me.

Anastasia Graphic T's

Graphic T's is a dark brown with just some hints of olive green. I think dark brown or black based eyeshadows can be a little dry and this was not exception. This did have good pigmentation to make up for that.

Anastasia Brass in Pocket

Brass in Pocket is a metallic brassy eyeshadow. Loved this and its pigmentation, so easy to apply and the finish is amazing.

Anastasia Iron On

Iron On is a black based purple with purple sparkle. Like I said about Graphic T's, it was a little dry but the pigmentation was so much better than Graphic T's. I wasn't able to capture the purple sparkle on camera but I would recommend patting the eyeshadow on to keep the sparkles.

Oh and the palette comes with a dual ended brush but I thought it was just okay. One side is like an eyeshadow paddle brush which I thought was a little too floppy and the other side was a defined crease brush that I really did like.

Liquid Eye Liner in Jet:

.

Anastasia

Jet is a deep rich black that dries matte.

I gotta be honest and say I don't like this. The biggest reason is personal preference-based; it has a brush tip that's a little too long and flexible for my liking. Unfortunately the line will smudge if you run your finger over it (even when it's dry) and it runs at the sight of water. The positive thing I can say is that I like the matte finish but it's not a flexible line and can crack with movement. It works fine for doing a regular line on your top lid (you can get a thin line like it says in the product description).

Clear Brow Gel:

.

Having previously used clear mascara as a stand-in for brow gel, I was curious to see how an actual brow gel performed. This does do a great job at keeping my brows on all day but I did note that my brows felt a little stiff after it dried.

Would I recommend?

For $34.00, I think it's a great way to try out a few of the samplings from the brand at an economical price. I was hoping to like the liquid eyeliner but the nine eyeshadows (if I had to pick, I'd say I liked eight of them, Ziggy was not my cup of tea), the super duper luxe velvet carrying case and the brow gel make it worth it. I would like to see them sell Members Only separately because it was one of my favorite eyeshadows from the palette.

OCC Radiate Lip Tar: Swatch and Review

Can I call myself an official beauty blogger now? I feel like it's almost a rite of passage for any beauty blogger to own at least one lip tar. Honestly, I don't know how I managed to survive this long without one. I went back and forth on what color to pick but I saw this bright watermelon and I had to have it.
occ lip tar
(Sorry about using the product picture from OCC, I couldn't capture the right color myself!)

Where to purchase: OCC, Sephora

Price: The full size is $16.00 for .33 fl oz.

Cruelty Free? They are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

Packaging: Lip Tars are packaged in a plastic squeeze tube with a thin nozzle. It also comes with a plastic zip bag for travel and a short #010S Short Handled Precision Lip Brush. If you're curious, you get a lip brush with them even if you purchase the Lip Tars from OCC's website. I like the thin nozzle tip but I don't like how they've printed the color name on a sticker as it's already started wearing away on my lip tar. It isn't a huge deal since I only own one but I think as I start amassing a collection, I'm sure it'll get annoying. I do have some round stickers though so I might just start printing my own labels to stick on here.

Product Description: "A stunning new innovation in lip color, OCC Lip Tar combines the longevity of a lipstick, with the ease of application of a gloss. Goes on slick and moist, and dries down to a satin finish. Ultra-saturated in color, Lip Tar contains an unprecedented amount of pigment - a little goes a very, very long way! An intense yet featherweight layer of color that never looks or feels heavy. "

My Thoughts on the Formula/Wear Time:

The formula is quite different from most lip products I've ever tried. It is thin, a little watery but so heavily pigmented. A little truly goes a long way and you have to be careful not too apply too much as it can cause feathering. The included lip brush is perfect and necessary to get a precise line, which you need when the color is so bright and bold. I know Arabelle of FashionPirate uses Q-Tips to apply her lip tars so that's also a disposable option if you don't have a lip brush around.

Wear time is extremely strong, I've gotten six hours+ of wear but I did notice feathering on my lips by the fourth hour of wear. I think lip liner is necessary if you want to prevent feathering (drugstore brands like L'oreal and Maybelline make a clear lip liner and Cargo makes a "Reverse" lip liner specifically for this purpose). Beware, this lip tar stains.

The lip tar has a minty scent (due to the peppermint oil in the formula) and I personally love peppermint so this was a pro for me

Radiate is described as an "electric red/coral" and I definitely agree. I also think that the color is a little reminiscent of a strawberry.

As always, swatched in daylight.

.

Would I purchase again?

The lip tars do require more work and precision for application but I really liked it and want to purchase more. I didn't like the feathering on my lips but it is something that I can work around. I love that they're making unconventional colors popular and trendy, purple lips have really become commonplace. I'm holding out until IMATS LA in January to pick up more and my next might just be Belladonna.

I've got my first grad school application due this week so I'm super super busy trying to make sure everything is together plus working hours at the clinic on campus!

The news of Urban Decay being purchased by L'oreal came out today. Needless to say, I am disappointed. I definitely don't profess myself to use exclusively cruelty-free products but when Urban Decay has been THE company to tout cruelty-free cosmetics only to join up under one of the major animal-testing companies, their cruelty-free stance rings hollow. Four months after deciding not to enter the Chinese market due to animal-testing, they're joining up with someone who does.

It may be important to consider who was behind the decision to sell. Urban Decay itself is owned by a private equity firm and though the company backed out of expanding into China, I wonder if the sale was out of the hands of the founder of Urban Decay.

What are your thoughts on the issue?

Black Friday FOTD and Purchase

When I reviewed Hourglass Cosmetics Extreme Sheen High Shine Lip Gloss in Siren, my friend Anna asked to see it in a FOTD so I remembered to use it today. I didn't actually wear makeup yesterday, I was a little too consumed with food to care about putting any makeup on. I had a yummy traditional style Thanksgiving Lunch and a definitely less traditional dinner (can you say squab?) with plenty of Pumpkin Pie.

Siren FOTD

I've been using some Tweezerman products I received on my brows and I have to say that I think they are looking so dang good. The tweezers I got have been fab on the faint brow hairs that I usually have to have threaded out, review on everything I got coming up soon!

I practiced some restraint when it came to Black Friday but since the day isn't over yet, I might just get something else from one of the awesome indie sellers holding a sale (check out Phyrra's list here to see a few plus the ones in my last few posts) or tomorrow for Small Business Saturday (which I posted about here).

I am super duper excited about what I got today though. This is the Recollections Rolling Cart with ten drawers purchased from Michaels. It normally retails for $79.99, all plastic cart organizers were 60% off bringing the price down to $31.99 plus there was a coupon that gave me an additional 25% off that which meant it was $24.00 plus tax, or $25.85 total.

I have been looking at this set before but balked at the price. My dream storage would be a mixture between the Ikea Alex and the Helmer or the Muji drawers but I definitely can't complain when I got this for so cheap. I'm not done organizing my makeup in there but I can definitely tell that I need many more baskets to fill the inside.

Sugarpill Cosmetics Pink Weekend Sale

It's time for Sugarpill Cosmetics* semi annual Pink Weekend Sale! They usually only offer a sale twice a year (once in February for their Birthday and one for Black Friday) so it's an occasion I try to save up for. I was hoping for their lashes to get back in stock so I can pick up a pair of Saint lashes but unfortunately most of them still aren't in stock. Still though, I'm definitely eyeing the super cute pillkitty keychain.

On starting now!), everything in stock is 30% off and on Saturday thru Sunday, everything in stock 20% off. No code necessary! Just beware though, orders won't start shipping until November 29th so expect it to take a little longer before you get your order.

The eyeshadow palettes will be $23.80, loose eyeshadows will be $8.40, and the chromalust trios will be $21.00. The pressed eyeshadows aren't on sale.

Venomous Cosmetics Black Friday Sale and Collection

First off, I hope you've had a great Thanksgiving! I had a fabulous traditional Thanksgiving lunch at my boyfriend's place and am waiting for a very nontraditional Vietnamese/French fusion dinner at my house.

Anyway, Venomous Cosmetics will be having a Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sale! Starting Friday 11/23 until Tues. 11/27, all full size shadows (pressed and loose I believe) and Lip Poisons are $4.50. The eyeshadows usually retail for $6.50 and the Lip Poisons for $6.00 so you're getting a pretty good discount (30% on the eyeshadows and 25% on the Lip Poisons) on each.

If you haven't seen my reviews yet, check out this one on their Lip Poisons and this one on their Loose Eyeshadows.

They have a new Black Friday Collection up and will also be adding a new Cosmic Continuation Collection soon. If you want to check out swatches of these two collections, check out their Facebook page!

INGLOT Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sale

Inglot will be having their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale starting tomorrow both online at InglotUSA and in stores! I'm not sure if I'll be getting anything but I do want to go check out their Pacific Blue Collection of Lipstick because it's blue lipstick and I don't really need an excuse do I?

Silk Naturals Holiday 2012, Last Chance Products, and Discount Code

Silk Naturals has released their Holiday 2012 Collection with many many different products for sale. There's also a coupon code (gobble12) for 6% off for their sixth anniversary, available for use until December 20th!

I'm not sure if I've mentioned it before but one of the reasons why I like Silk Naturals so much is because they challenge the assumption that anything organic and/or vegan must be synonymous with expensive. You can see that it is easily not the case when lip products retail for under $5 with many being vegan and organic and the eyeshadows are $4.00 and many are vegan. It makes it very easy for someone on a budget to indulge their cosmetics loving soul without hurting their wallets.

I compiled the different products, their prices, and made all the pictures clickable to the product listings. None of the links are affiliate links! Happy shopping!

silk naturals holiday 2012

There is one new eyeshadow formula and a new product type available in the Eyes section. The Prism formula is new, and is said to be "100% pure pigments that look like a certain color in the jar, but come alive with bold interference effects- like looking at a crystal or prism.  To get the full effect wear them over a primer.

They are also offering something called an eye shadow mattifier that "tones down colors...takes away some of the sparkle, lightens them ever so slightly, and adds just a touch of neutral". I think this is really new and something I haven't seen yet from any brand so I am curious to see how it works!

The eyeshadows and mattifier retail for $4.00. The trio is $8.99. All the eyeshadows are vegan.

Silk Naturals Holiday 2012 Eyes

Some of their Holiday lip products include additions to the Amplifying Lip Glaze Line, Black Label, and Kisser Slickers. They also have two new lip palettes which includes a mini collection of one Amplifying Lip Glaze and four Kisser Slickers. I'm not sure how much product is in each palette but for $11.99, it's a great way to try out both bright red/pinks and nudes/browns. The ALGs are $4.50, the Black Label is $4.95, and then Kisser Slickers are $4.50. Believer, Bustle, and Hustle are vegan, the other four listed are not.

Silk Naturals Holiday 2012 Lips

There are more additions to their skincare, a few body butters, a calendula salve, cuticle balm (though I could have sworn that was there before), and a lotion bar! The calendula slave is $6.95, the body butters are $4.99, the cuticle balm is $4.75, and the after bath lotion bar is $9.95. The body butters are vegan but the rest are not.

Silk Naturals Holiday 2012 Bath and Body

There's a new set of skincare targeted towards men called "Stark & Son" (is it sad that I immediately thought of Iron Man and Howard and Tony Stark? The Stark btw refers to the owner of Silk Naturals!). I think some of the lip balm products are interesting (the matte finish is probably for people who don't want a particularly shiny lip balm), especially that caffeinated lip balm!

The Aftershave retails for $1.25 for a sample and $11.95 for a 4 oz bottle. The matte lip balms retail for $3.95. The aftershave is vegan, the lip balms are not.

Silk Naturals Stark & Son

Something new to their lip balms are the Lip Click Balm Tins and a few Organic Lip Balms. I think the labels for the Lip Clicks are so cute, it's so vintage and reminds me of the old time pharmacies. The Lip Click Balm Tins retail for $4.50 and the balms retail for $3.75. The balms are not vegan.

Silk Naturals Holiday 2012 Lip Balm

The last new Holiday item is their Botanical Hydration Serum, meant for parched Winter skin. A 5 mL sample retails for $.99 and the 1 oz bottle is $8.99. This is vegan.

silk naturals botanical hydration serum

Lastly, it looks like both the Kissable Creams and the Butter Creams lip products/formula are going to be discontinued as these were in the "Last Chance" section. Be sure to get them while you can! The return policy does not apply for these Last Chance products. The Kissable Creams are now $3.40 each and the Butter Creams are $3.15.

Lots of new things coming out, are you thinking about getting anything?

Small Business Saturday: Support Small Businesses!

SBS2012

This Saturday, the 24th, is the third annual Small Business Saturday. In the time before Black Friday and Cyber Monday, I think it's important to consider Small Business Saturday. I know many people already know about Small Business Saturday but even I needed a reminder. Small Business Saturday was founded in 2010 by American Express and seeks to provides support to small businesses by generating awareness and action around shopping local for the entire day.

This video is a great reminder that we need to support small businesses. This honestly made me think about the last time I purchased from a small business (online, it was a few days ago and in person, a week ago).

If you want to learn where to shop, and how you can support local businesses in your area, visit http://www.shopsmall.com

I think it's also important to consider that small businesses extend beyond our local businesses. Many online businesses are small businesses that would greatly appreciate your support during Small Business Saturday (they may even have their own Black Friday/Cyber Monday Promotions!).

If you want me to, I can write up a compilation post of my favorite indie shops hosting a Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotion but Phyrra already has this great one here!

I hope you partake in Small Business Saturday, I know I'll try my hardest to!

One Color Wonder: Blinged & Brilliant

Here's just a quick post of my current favorite "one and done" One Color Wonders, L'oreal Infallible Eyeshadow in Blinged & Brilliant. I think everybody in the beauty blogging world has been talking about this color so I figured it'd be my turn.

I had heard that this was almost a dupe (just a little lighter) for MAC Superb Extra Dimension Skinfinish which is a dupe for Estee Lauder Modern Mercury Powder Gelee. I wanted to get my hands on the Estee Lauder product ever since seeing it featured in DustyoHunter's video review for the Modern Mercury Collection.

I'd like to consider a dupe of a dupe to still be related enough for me to pretend that I can enjoy the original product. I am hoping to maybe get a better swatch of this Infallible Eyeshadow up plus one of Amber Rush.

L'oreal Blinged and Brilliant Eyeshadow

I don't know if I'll be posting again before Thanksgiving so I'll take the time now to say that I hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving!

New Launch from Inglot: Double Sparkle Rainbow Eyeshadows

Here's another press release on a new release from Inglot!
inglot logo
INGLOT Cosmetics launches Double Sparkle Rainbow Eye Shadows - an extension of shadows for Freedom System. The Double Sparkle Eyeshadow will be available in 10 different shades and proides the coverage of matte but leaves an element of bling to your eyes. Each colour boasts three shades in one, which can be blended together or applied separately giving you a limitless variety of colour options! The frosty and pearl finishes can accentuate textual differences on the skin, and the double sparkle leaves intense colour saturation and reflective particles that won't accentuate the fine lines of mature skin.

Currently I own two double sparkle eyeshadows and I really like the matte with bright sparkle finish they have. If you want to have the sparkle shine though, pat the eyeshadows on and if you want to apply it more matte without the sparkle, sweep the eyeshadow on.

These Double Sparkle Rainbow Eyeshadows will go on sale in stores and online on November 17th at Inglotusa.com and the Inglot stores in NYC, Las Vegas, Miami, Newport Beach, New Jersey and select Macy's. These will retail for $8.00 like the other Rainbow Eyeshadows. The current matte Rainbow Eyeshadows have about 2.5 grams of product in them so I think these will have a similar amount. I think these will be a nice contrast to the current all matte Rainbow Eyeshadows.

The first picture has the website product pictures with the corresponding numbers and the second picture has more true to life images of the eyeshadows. I really like the look of 128R and 130R, especially the darkest color in 130R. Oh and if you're curious, the compact that the orange 123R is pictured in retails for $6.00 if you wanted to pick it up.

Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Metallurgy Holiday 2012 Lip Tars

Today I have a press release for the new OCC Metallurgy Lip Tars. If you haven't yet, check out the swatches from Temptalia! I only got my first lip tar a few weeks ago and I'm already hooked on the liquid lip color formula and bright unconventional colors.

occ press release metallurgy

From left to right: Authentic, Electric Grandma, Iced, Super NSFW, Triptych, and Yaoi (this is the metallic version of Anime Lip Tar and it took me way too long to realize the name was a play on the Anime lip tar)

Of the six lip tars, Super NSFW would probably be on the top of my list to get. I know it's not super unique but I get the best Christmas feeling just looking at it. Iced may also be one to pick up ever since I saw this picture by RisaRM on Twitter.

Do you plan on picking any of these up for mixing or straight up wearing?

Venomous Cosmetics Loose Eyeshadow: Swatches and Review

I think I've been a little too obsessed recently with lip products so to give you a bit of a reprieve, here's a review and swatches of a few Venomous Cosmetics loose eyeshadows. If you missed it, you can check out my post on their Lip Poisons here (though I don't see the colors on the website anymore). I want to take the time to mention that most of the website issues have been worked out and the nearly all the product pictures, color descriptions, and Add to Cart buttons are up and working. If the page isn't loading for you, refreshing usually helps it load.

I also wanted to say that until tomorrow November 16th, there is a 30% sale off the main collection products (so the main collection pressed eyeshadows, loose eyeshadows, and lip poisons) so if you see anything you like, grab ahold of it!

She has a few new collections up so be sure to check out the Venomous Cosmetics Facebook to see swatches!

Venomous Cosmetics Loose Eyeshadows

Where to purchase: Venomous Cosmetics

Price: Samples are 1/4 tsp for $1.00 and full sizes are a 5 gram jar for $6.50.

Cruelty Free? They are cruelty-free.

Packaging: Samples are packaged in a plastic ziploc bag and full sizes are packaged in a 5 gram jar with a sifter.

Product Description: "Loose powder in a variety of finishes "

My Thoughts on the Formula/Wear Time:

In general, I liked the eyeshadows. For the most part, applied evenly and I had good adhesion on the eyelids. I got some fallout from the eyeshadows (tis the nature of loose eyeshadows) but I noticed that the blues were especially prone to having a lot so you may want to use a sticky primer or glitter adhesive for it. I did think the blues in general weren't as pigmented or opaque as the rest of the colors. Definitely be sure to tap your brush and pat the eyeshadow on to prevent fallout.

Swatches ahead. All swatched over Too Faced Shadow Insurance and pictures taken in natural daylight.

Blue-Ringed Octopus:

Venomous Cosmetics Blue-Ringed Octopus

Blue-Ringed Octopus: "Intense blue satin" Bold medium blue. This swatched beautifully but I thought it was a little more finicky on the eyelid, it was more sheer and more prone to fallout. I would say definitely pat this one on but I wouldn't say this is a must-have color, there are similar ones with better application.

Boomslang:

Venomous Cosmetics Boomslang

Boomslang: "Vibrant, deep sea green" A bright marine teal green. This was definitely one of my favorite colors from the bunch and applied well on my lid without too much fallout.

Coral Snake:

Venomous Cosmetics Coral Snake

Coral Snake: "Medium coral pink". It was super smooth on, the pink sparkle shines through the coral base so well. This shade didn't give me any trouble.

Faraway Galaxy:

Venomous Cosmetics Faraway Galaxy

Faraway Galaxy: "Lavender with purple sparks" Red based lavender with blue sparks. This was patchy, difficult to apply as light purples tend to be. Definitely didn't like and a color I would skip.

Greenbottle Blue:

Venomous Cosmetics Greenbottle Blue

Greenbottle blue: "Green based blue with sparks". Royal blue with a slight green sheen. This swatched beautifully but it does need packing onto the lid. Unlike Blue-Ringed Octopus, I think this color is so pretty with its blue base and green sheen that I'm willing to work with it.

L.A Smog:

Venomous Cosmetics L.A Smog

L.A Smog: Smoky lavender grey with a blue sheen. On your eyes, the blue sheen is much more prevalent than in the swatch. I think this would be perfect to smoke out a smoky eye.

Man O' War:

Venomous Cosmetics Man O' War

Man O' War: "Purple based blue satin" Cornflower blue, this was asier to apply than the other two blues but still a little sheer.

Monster Under Your Bed

Venomous Cosmetics Monster Under Your Bed

Monster Under Your Bed: "Blackened green shimmer" Dark black velvet with green sparkle.  I know it's not a unique color but I absolutely loved the color on my eyelid. It wasn't chalky and looked really velvety and plush on the lids. This is a part of the Legendary Collection.

Pinktoe:

Venomous Cosmetics Pinktoe

Pinktoe: "Light pink satin". A little more dusty than the other ones. It was pretty but the dustiness/powderyness made it more difficult to work and it was pretty sheer.

Suntiger:

Venomous Cosmetics Suntiger

Suntiger: "Medium orange satin" I loved this color, it reminds me of the drink Sunny-D which I drank bottles of when I was younger. Applied great on the lid.

Vegas Casino:

Venomous Cosmetics Vegas Casino

Vegas Casino: "Burgundy with purple glitter" Rich deep burgundy/raspberry with pink glitter and a copper undertone. Of all the eyeshadows, I think this one applied the best. This is a quintissential fall color and my other favorite of the set. This is part of the Well-Travelled Collection

Would I purchase more?

I would definitely sample more of the colors (I'm skittish that way), especially now that the website has been fixed and it's become much easier to navigate. Green Mamba and Across the Universe are calling my name!
